An Accounting and Bookkeeping Company Looking for a Full-Time/Part-time Office Administrator/[size=13.3333px]Bookkeeper.
Requirements:




  • An accounting designation is not necessary but a combination of education and experience is preferable;
  • Work experience and knowledge of QuickBooks as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel etc.);
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Eager to learn and able to work under pressure;
  • Strong organization skills and ability to manage several tasks;
  • Perform other financial duties as required;
  • Must be prepared to 'wear many hats' and multitask on a daily basis;
  • Good written and verbal communication in English & Cantonese/Mandarin;

Experience:




  • Bookkeeping: 1 year +
  • QuickBooks: 1 year +
