Lake city 附近有房出租近华大近公车站。旁边有大型超市，出租一个单间，有床，微波炉，有冰箱。洗衣机，烘干机，电脑桌，拎包入住，去华大学校非常方便，出门坐372直达校园内，还有64丶65丶330公交车等等。有车直通downtown 和 northgate。
