1 year lease apartment at Arena District at a discounted price!

Hi, I am reletting My 1 year lease apartment at Arena District at a discounted price!
The original lease is $739 a month  but I am willing to relet for $589 a month. You will be signing the lease that i orignallt signed But I will personally pay the $1800  difference.
For security, you can choose to meet with me in person at the apartment where I will give you the money after you apply and before you sign the lease.
